The user agrees that Gigmix reserves the right and flexibility to collect payments for the various services provided by the website from the users, either directly or indirectly through intermediaries, business partners and associates on such terms as it may deem fit and proper.
The user out of his/her own will and volition and without any outside force, coercion or influence of any kind whatsoever, has chosen to make payment to Gigmix, for the purposes of subscribing and using their various services.
Cancellations & Refunds
Employers/ recruiters using Gigmix account must purchase credits to use the Services such as Posting Job Listing and Viewing Candidate Profiles.
Credits once used, will not be refunded.
Credits once purchased, will not be refunded.
If an employer wishes to terminate their account, and have unused credits in their Gigmix Credits, can request for refund once they have terminated their account.
If you terminate your account not later than 24 hour of purchase of credits, a nominal deduction (10%) shall be made and balance amount shall be refunded.
If you terminate your account after 24 hour of purchase of credits but not more than 3 days (including the day of purchase of credits) deduction (30%) shall be made and balance amount shall be refunded.
If you terminate your account after 3 days of purchase of credits (including the day of purchase of credit) but not more than 10 days (including the day of purchase of credit) deduction (50%) shall be made and balance amount shall be refunded.
If you terminate your account after 10 days (including the day of purchase of credits) no refund shall be made.
Refund will be settled in 30-45 working days from the request received.
Refund will be processed directly in your Bank / Credit Card account that was used to make the payment. Cash refunds are not available.
Refunds will not be given if you do not follow proper registration procedures and/or fail to present the required identification documents. In case your credit card/debit card/payment account has been accidentally over-charged, please notify our Help and Support Team of the same at the earliest. Refund of the over-charged amount shall be made in your original Account within 15 working days. In the reverse scenario service shall not be activated by Us until full payment is made.
No refund will be initiated incase of offline payment.
No interest is paid on a refund of any amount.
The refund of any fee is subject to the refund policy prevailing at the time of seeking a refund.
We reserve the right to modify and amend refund policies at any time by uploading the same in the website. All disputes shall first be Settled amicably, and you agree that, you shall place your complaint to our Help and Support Team – support@gigmix.io
For certain products, users might get additional credits added to their account. The Refund will be processed based on the actual amount paid and not the credited amount to the account.
